We are trying to conceive but my partner has low estrogen and rarely has her period. Anyone else experienced this?

Not the exact same but it took us 2 years to conceive Tom so I can sympathise with how frustrating and disappointing it is to be trying long term.

Here's a website explaining how there are estrogen rich foods which might help?[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Avoid sulfur foods, such as eggs, garlic and onions, as they decrease estrogen levels- as does fiber, so limit that as well-
Do increase caffeine, up to 4 8oz servings a day can increase your estrogen levels!

Good luck!
