Apple and Grape Chicken Empty
PostSubject: Apple and Grape Chicken   Apple and Grape Chicken EmptySun Jul 01, 2012 11:04 pm

What you'll need:
1 cup of mashed or quartered red or green grapes
1/2 cup applesauce
1 chicken breast
A little oil

What you do:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and then add the chicken. Lightly fry the chicken until both sides are golden, remove chicken and dice (careful of fingers!)

Add applesauce and grapes to the pan. Re-add the diced chicken and continue to gently fry until the chicken is fully cooked.

Extras:
You can add cinnamon and/or honey to add a little extra flavour. Honey will need dissolving in a dash of boiling water before adding it, to help it coat the chicken. Be careful not to make it too watery.

Both are added at the same time as the fruit.
