Get a colander (Spaghetti strainer) and a bag of pipe cleaners from the craft store! Turn the colander upside down and show them how to run the pipe cleaners though the holes- seriously, this entertains them for HOURS! Older children you can have do this also, but have them "String" some knobby beads on the pipe cleaners and make a busy table!
(If you have more than one toddler, be very careful they are not sword fighting with the pipe cleaners, those things are SHARP!)

Store the pipe cleaners in an old oatmeal container or a cleaned out milk jug Very Happy

Fab idea Hey!!

Noah would LOVE the repetition of doing that, he loves threading shoe laces through cards too at the moment, he spends hours doing things like that, he has oodles of patience for it, not sure where he gets that from scratch
