| No way was I paying $10- $12 a PAIR for leg warmers! I went to our local dollar store and bought a couple pairs of really crazy print girls knee high socks, cut the feet off and hemmed them- if you stretch the hem as you sew you end up with a cute ruffled "lettuce leaf" hem line  | |
